Consultation: A general consultation over desired goals, ideas for your website, and any integrated applications such as social media and marketing, via email, telephone, internet chat, or in-person.
Domain Name Registration: Registration of your domain name if not already available.
Email: Creation of email account(s) and/or domain email account(s) if one is not already available.
User Access Accounts: User access accounts can be created if you wish to make simple updates to a site’s news page, photo gallery, or blog.
Website Template Design: This is the layout for your website. Navigation can be placed on the top or side of the pages. Sites can be customized to your color scheme and general feel. All sites are optimized under the latest CSS, XHTML, and AD standards.
Mobile Site & Favicon (Favorite Icon): Site is optimized to be viewed on e-readers, tablets, smart phones, and other mobile devices. A favicon, or icon that is displayed when your site is bookmarked is also added.
Web Pages: Separate web pages for all of your content and linked menu items to outside sites, social media, e-stores, ect. Examples of page types can include About, Links, Photos, Contact, For Sale, Blog, Music, News, Media, Portfolio, Menu, Services, ect. Web pages can also be password protected.
Blog: This page can be customized with side-bar content like photos, post archives, photos, twitter, ect. Many clients use this page to post news, updates, sales, specials or articles. Blogs can also be customized to allow comments.
Website Text: What do you want to say on your site? We'll place your text content anywhere on your web pages. Content writing services are also available if you need assistance. Also the style of text (typography) can be customized, either script, sans-serif, serif, ect, to what you prefer.
Logos & Headers: Logos and header images make an immediate impact and brand recognizably on your site. Different header images can be created for each page or select pages if desired. If you already have a logo or header photo, just provide a scanable hardcopy or digital file.
Photos: A photo gallery or slide show can be placed on the website. Pictures can also be included on each page with text, on a sidebar, or on a blog page. Photography services are also available. Basic editing is provided on photos to ensure they look professional and load quickly.
Videos: Video files can be converted and uploaded. If you already have the video on services such as Youtube, these can be integrated.
Forms: Forms can be placed on your site for contacting you instead of a direct email address. The forms can also be surveys, newsletter signups, polls, or RSVP contacts.
Maps: Google Maps can be installed on your site to direct users to your exact location.
Social Media Integration: A twitter feed, facebook badge, youtube videos, audio players, custom HTML, online polls, RSS feed, flickr feed, embedded documents, and/or social media, icons can be placed on your site if you have these services.
Website Title, SEO, Meta Tags, & Description: The website title is what your page will display on the hot bar of an internet browser. All sites include SEO (search engine optimization) so your site will be in the engine results for your specific content. Meta tags, key words, and a site description are also included to make your site more search and user friendly.
Browser Optimization: Website will be designed to ensure it displays correctly on Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox web browsers.
Site Submission: Site will be submitted to over 70 search engine indexes including Google, Bing, & Yahoo.
Google Places: If your business/company is not listed on Google Maps, this listing can be created to ensure the location on the map is correct. If a place is already created, it can be updates and current content added to the listing including hours of operation, payment options, photos, telephone, ect.
Analytics & Stats: Analytic tracking codes are installed to your site to gain information on how many visits per day, where they are coming from, how long visitors are on the site, and where they spend their time. Reports are emailed or mailed to your address.
